There are five main areas in life that we can focus on to live our Best Life Ever.
1. Financial
2. Mental
3. Emotional
4. Spiritual
5. Physical.
In the FINANCIAL area of life we will talk about…what type of business will serve the life that you want to live? What is your personal psychology behind money and finances? What does a life you would love to live look like? Feel like?
There is a life-changing mental paradigm shift around how we think about, use and earn money in our lives, and it is: money as tool to create the life you love to live, rather than something you need to buy more things.
“Too many people spend money they haven’t earned, to buy things they don’t want, to impress people who they don’t like.” – Will Smith
Warren Buffet sums up the paradigm shift around money in this famous set of quotes.
On Earning: “Never depend on a single income. Make Investments to create a second source.”
On Spending: “If you buy things you do not need, soon you will have to sell things you need.”
On Savings: “Do not save what is left after spending, spend what is left after saving.”
On Taking Risks: “Never test the depths of the river with both of your feet.”
On Expectations: “Honesty is a very expensive gift. Do not expect it from cheap people.”
In the MENTAL area of our lives the focus is WHO do you want to become. So many of us start out on a journey to improve our lives only by identifying what we need to do, but identifying who we need to become is vitally important to creating our best lives. For example, if you are thinking about improving your fitness, in addition to identifying the type of exercise, you also need to become someone who is active, someone who takes the stairs, someone who parks far away, someone who chooses to be active rather than sitting on the couch. Sustainable life changes are developed by clearly identifying who you need to become to live the life of your dreams.
“To achieve what you have not, you must become what you are not. You have to grow into your goals.”
– Darren Hardy
The EMOTIONAL element of our lives can be difficult for many of us to dive into, but understanding our emotions and our emotional limitations is vital to creating the life we love to live. Creating the life you love to live depends on fully understanding and moving beyond our emotional limitations.
“Our deepest fear is NOT that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’ Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
– Marianne Williamson
SPIRITUALITY is truly the backbone of our best lives, and I am excited share my personal stories about my spirituality and how it has been inherent in my success. For the first half of my life I rejected spirituality as way to ‘touchy-feely’ for me, but I can honestly say that discovering my spirituality lead me to the beautiful life that I am currently living. Spiritualty can mean very different things to different people, and there is no right and wrong in this area. For me spirituality is truly connecting with your deepest inner self.
“Spirituality is your original face; it is the discovery of your intrinsic nature.”
– Osho
In order to successfully fulfill all other areas of our lives we need to keep our PHYSICAL bodies healthy and fit. I know that I am absolutely not at my best when I don’t exercise and when I eat junky food. On the flip side when I treat my body right with exercise and clean eating I can crush my goals and have plenty of energy to enjoy my life.
“Take care of your body; it’s the only place you have to live.”
– Jim Rohn
To help you create the life you love to live my goal is to give you the best possible content through teaching episodes, interviews with amazing and inspiring people, monthly reports that share what is happening across the financial, mental, emotional, spiritual and physical areas of my life.
