[INTRODUCTION]
KC: Welcome to the Business of Life Podcast. My name is Keith Callahan, your host. “You can have everything that I have if you’re willing to do what I do.” That was a quote I heard from one of my mentors. You can have all that I have if you’re willing to do what I do.
And I remember my first action to that was I actually can’t. I can’t have all that you have. I can’t because of this. I can’t because of that.
And I’ve come to learn that whatever it is that somebody else has, in any moment, you can decide to have the same thing but you have to start doing the things that they do.
The alcoholic can stop drinking and be sober. The persona with no spiritual connection can develop the deepest spiritual connection. The not so good parent can become the best parent. The person who is not loving and caring can become the most loving and caring person. The person who struggles with finances can become the most financially sound person in the family.
You can have all that I have if you’re willing to do what I do. To model that, I really live my life by now. And when I see people and I come across people whether it’s mentors or friends or someone that I see from afar, someone that I read about in a book and they have something that I want, I know that I can do that. I just have to find out what it is they do and be willing to do it.
So I now believe that and the next step when I believe that, I understood that I have to figure out what it is that I really want. What ladder do I want to or what goal do I want to lean my ladder against?
And once I realized that, if I saw somebody and I could have what they had if I was willing to do what they did, I understood that I wanted to lean that ladder against the poles of internal things. I wanted to focus on what I was becoming, who I was becoming as a person rather than what I was getting. I didn’t want to focus on the car, the house, the nice clothes, the applause, the praise.
I wanted to focus on things deep, deep down inside that are unshakeable that the outside world can’t touch, discipline, fortitude, love, gratitude, prosperity, a consciousness for all of those things. That’s what I wanted to focus on. That’s what I wanted to lean my ladder on.
So I just wanted to share that with you this morning and give you a little bit to – or I say this morning, you’re maybe listening to this at a different time. I record in the morning. But give you a little bit to chew on. You can have all that I have if you’re willing to do what I do.
It doesn’t matter where you are in life. It doesn’t matter what you’ve done up to this point. You can make that decision in an instant. Lean your ladder against that wall and then go at it with the fortitude, the discipline, the persistence because it doesn’t have happen overnight.
But one of the beauties, one of the miracles about us as human beings and our consciousness is how pliable it is. And once we start feeding and we feed it over and over and over, our life can change, and most importantly our internal life. Because once our basic needs are met, food, water, shelter, we can go into a few deeper ones but food, water, shelter, sense of purpose, once those basic needs are met, nothing else is going to make you happier on the outside.
But all the work you do on the inside can 100% make you happier. So getting another job, making more money, buying the new house, buying the new car, all these things that we think are going to bring us a little bit more happiness, it’s not lasting. Very short term.
Working on the inside, becoming loving, becoming caring, becoming compassionate, having gratitude, being humble, being of service to others, laying your ego down on, I don’t want to get too much into spiritual things on this podcast, but laying your ego down, putting your ego aside, letting your heart lead, that’s how I wanted to live my life. That’s how I try to practice living my life. And I always remember, you can have all that I have if you’re willing to do what it is that I do.
All right. Have a beautiful, beautiful day. See you on the next episode. Peace!

[SPONSOR MESSAGE]
KC: Today’s episode is brought to you by our sister podcast, All About Beachbody Coaching. So All About Beachbody Coaching really allows us to do this podcast without having all those annoying commercials in the beginning for you. So All About Beachbody Coaching, the Beachbody business that Amy and I run, actually funds this podcast.
So yes, it does cost money to run this podcast, we do not charge you anything, we don’t throw in commercials or anything like that, it really is, it’s funded by our business and by our other podcast, All About Beachbody Coaching. And for me, I’m just eternally grateful for this opportunity because it’s allowed me to really create the life that I love to live.
It’s given me the opportunity to do what I want, when I want, with who I want, and even deeper than that, it’s allowed me to help others to create the same for themselves. It’s allowed me to help hundreds of other people become part time or full time Beachbody coaches, to leave that corporate 9 to 5 job and create passive income in their lives.
And really there’s nothing like that. It’s cool when you have success, it’s so much more rewarding when you help others. So I mention this or a few reasons, the first reason is, that’s actually the way that I work with people and mentor people. I don’t do anything outside of Beachbody coaching because I know that it’s such a powerful life changing tool.
So if you’re curious about working with me, interested in working one-on-one, interested in creating the type of life that you wanna live, I suggest swinging over there. The other reason is, even if somebody’s just curious, like you’ve heard about Beachbody, you know there’s a lot of Beachbody coaches out there. Maybe some of them you get a little annoyed with.
It really dives into what this business is really about, which is life transformation. So if you’re just curious, swing over there. And then the other piece is, if you’re really considering becoming a Beachbody coach, I highly, highly recommend you listen to that first.
Alright, much love guys. Again, that is the All About Beachbody Coaching Podcast, our sister podcast.
ANNOUNCER: Thank you for listening to the Business of Life Podcast. Apply what you learned today and you’ll be one step closer to creating the life you love to live.
